  The old blonde lady with glasses is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers who use the app. Her and the little boy she was working with have a bad attitude towards customers who use mobile and neglected mine by 25mins and didn't start my order until i got there and i stated that i placed my order 25mins ago and they got extremely rude with me in front of other customers and completely tried to humiliate me by asking if i ever even worked before. After placing $25 odrer with tip nobody deserves to be treated like that. Thats why i cant stand polk county anymore people here are incredibly selfish and rude

  Casie is awesome she remembered exactly what I ordered from my previous visit at subway, and hands down a really good sandwhich maker 😄 and she goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Thank you Casie for being so thoughtful ❤️

  My daughter loves coming to subway afterschool. Kevin remembers what she orders and makes us feel welcomed every visit. We even stop by sometimes on our way to Publix to say hi. Everyone is always so kind there. Josh is helpful as well.

  Tyler and Kevin excel at managing the establishment. The food was served promptly, and the ambiance was quite casual and soothing. I highly recommend this Subway location.
