  Store manager Melisa was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me. An online order was placed for a particular pick up time. My wife checked the app and it said ready. So I get to the store and it wasn’t even started. I asked about the process and she claimed she has no control over when the orders say they’re ready. I call bs. No competent system would say the order is READY once a ticket is printed. If that’s the case then DONT print the ticket until it’s actually ready. Then some other person in line decided to speak up after I asked for the associates name and told her “I’ll give you a good review. Some people are just disrespectful” and the store manager AGREED with her! I am absolutely disgusted with her customer service. And the cherry on top is the order was made incorrectly. So my wife wasted her money. I spent 30 mins searching for a number, email, ANYTHING to lodge a complaint. The stores number automatically says no one is there to talk. What kind of business allows that to happen? The app doesn’t have any place to say the order was wrong. The website for customer service doesn’t even recognize this store. I wasn’t the only person in line at that time to experience this. Other people said they put in orders long before mine and was also told it’s ready. Subway needs to reevaluate how that system works. Don’t say an order is ready when it’s not even started yet.

  Subway present inside circle k where you get 32oz drink for .79$. No veggie patties available at this location. Service is ok.
