  I’ve been to this Subway twice now, and despite having different staff on both visits, the customer service has been outstanding. They are incredibly welcoming, efficient, and make a great sub. Finding consistently excellent service like this is hard, highly recommend stopping by this location.

  Jon was absolutely amazing! They had a callout and Jon was the only one working and handled the line and pace very well!! Thank you so much!! And thank you for always having a great attitude every time we come in!!

  Food was fine but i think its pretty crazy to leave one worker by theirselves on any day or occasion. 1. You loose customers because who wants to wait 20 minutes+ for a sandwich. 2. What if something were to happen & the employee had an emergency? She wouldnt be able to tend to her business. 3. It is NORTH LAKELAND! POLK COUNTY!!!! The literal busiest area for hungry, crazy people. She is one single female & you are putting her life & your store at risk. How can anyone who lets that poor girl be completely by herself sleep well at night? I guess snug like a bug in a rug cause it aint you right??? DO BETTER!!!!! App sucks too. Then the answer you get is "oh it might work" .. what? Some people rely on coupons to get by. Or points using the app.. but it might work only sometimes?? Yall's food dont taste good enough for all that.

  The Friday night crew is always on point. Big shout out to Logan and Jon for always being awesome and so friendly everytime my family and I come in. The food is always stellar but the people really make the experience over the top.
