  Great sandwich at the subway off of Hallam. Vicki is one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with period. I will be back just because of her. You have a star employee. But I’m sure yall know that already.

  Pulled up, see employee with broom and dustpan in lobby who goes straight to back of house, puts on gloves without washing her hands. Immediately noted. Go in to order, already put off from seeing that. Request Italian herbs and cheese bread which informed they are "out of that for the night". This is 45mins before closing time, you would think they would keep the most popular bread option in stock. Ruined my dinner plans for the night because who wants that plain bread? Decided to go elsewhere for dinner unfortunately. This location is usually on point, usually go here rather than the location closer to my house since it's usually better, but this was highly disappointing.

  Manager Lisa is very nice and employees as well. Bread was so fresh! Definitely will be back! Restaurant was very clean and smelt clean
