  FedEx just sucks in general workers are usually always rude or lazy customer service at the place is atrocious but outsourced help who barely speaks English is actually surprising pleasant and professional

  I wish I had that nice lady but i dont think she works there anymore, just this rude employee who flat out wanted me to go to another store to ship while they were open and empty
