Shannon was very very patient with me. She answered every question and concern I had with printing labels. I had never printed labels before so she made my first experience worth the time and drive. She also kept a smile on her face whether every time we spoke (in store or over the phone). There was also another worker there who helped me as well, I can’t recall her name right now. But I know it starts with “S”. (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name at the moment). She was there with Shannon when I initially went to the store. She was pleasant as well with a smile.
