  Worse store ever don’t even trying to help and manager is very laid back guy who attempt to make excuses. My package was lost and they couldn’t even try to tracking it . Just gave customer services phone overseas wish hung up on you . This is a joke company to don’t use anymore. Stay away

  This place is ok, but FedEx delivery is the absolute worst!! Never ever comes when promised. Always some made up 'delay'. Why and how are they still in business??

  I was pretty surprised by the pricing at FedEx Kinko’s. I brought in about 20 photos to be printed and was quoted over $100, which felt extremely excessive for a fairly simple order. The staff was polite and professional, and the store itself was clean and organized, but the pricing was so far off that we decided to leave and compare elsewhere. We ended up going to Walgreens, where we copied all 20 photos and printed 26 total photos for about $10. I appreciate the customer service, but the difference in pricing was honestly shocking. I’d definitely recommend customers ask for a detailed quote beforehand and shop around for photo printing services.

  The assistant manager Chris is about the most unappreciated members you have at your store. From his friendly customer service to his down right awesome demeanor, I will be returning this store, specifically because of him. Please recognize Chris for his amazing attitude, good leaders are hard to come by. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!!!

  I just came out from this fedex and I had the worst experience ever. I’m coming from poinciana to this fedex . And I did this travel to get so disappointed with the guy who was taking care of me. His name is Glenn and it’s 9 am and he is so annoying at this time so I can not imagine how is going to be in the afternoon . I’m just sending a letter and he is so upset to do his job. I’m not coming anymore because of this guy. Really bad costumer service !
