  I typically go to whatever auto parts store is most convenient at the time but I will be coming here from now on. Michael really went above and beyond to help me out the other day all while having the best attitude I've ever seen out of someone at an auto parts store. He was very genuine and kind and the rest of the staff working was nice as well. I've found my go to auto parts store!

  My daughter and I went to AutoZone on Kathleen Road in Lakeland. The person that worked in there, I can’t even call him a man said he would not install The battery after I bought it from them. I am a 67-year-old woman who cannot install a battery and will not install a battery. So we left that battery there and went a half a mile down the road to Advance auto parts on old Kathleen Road in Lakeland. Michael came out to help us. He was incredible. He was very kind and installed the battery after I bought it. It was less expensive than the one at that other place and I will never go anywhere but Advance auto parts on old Kathleen Road for my auto parts or anything I need for my car. Thank you so much.

  Ordered a part on line and paid for it. When I got to the store it was ready and I was back out to car within 1min.
