  Returned a pair of $150.00 work boots to Amazon, who never received them. Some random item was thrown into the box, & Amazon charged it back to my friend. Someone in that store stole the boots & probably mailed their old shoes in the box. If you return something there, take photos, & watch them tape up the box. Of course I got a receipt, but it didn't matter.

  I have not had such a pleasant experience in the past when it comes to shipping and printing but today completely changed my perspective. The staff is wonderful I can’t tell y’all thank you enough

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I came in to send three packages, and right when I arrived, the employee immediately told me my packages would be lost Instead of trying to help or provide clear information, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I asked if she could check or call to confirm whether a driver would be picking up the packages, she’s like yes he will pick them up the next day came to store she forgot to give it to driver do not go to this store Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially when people rely on these services for important deliveries. Go next day to get refund they didn’t know how to do it worst experience ever
