    This is a great store. always enough staff that you're not there long for whatever reason and supper help full. I had a small problem that they handled without a fight and were pleasant through that whole process. it did take some time to get resolved but at the end of it Ill happily do business with this store again and even go out of my way to use them. THANK YOU

    Not happy at all. Ridiculous fees such as the “email fee”, questionable employees. The manager “Mustafa”, kept rambling about nothing when I mentioned fees. Not one employee here is the slightest bit professional. I would avoid this store at all costs. It’s apparent that because they think they’re in Wellington, they can nickel and dime for everything. “Email fee”, what’s the world come to.

    I know every time I walk into this UPS store I am happily greeted. Everyone is very friendly. If there is any line, they move through it very quickly. It is also conveniently located next to Publix. This is my go to spot for Amazon returns!
