  The lady and man working today are very rude, incompetent and have no respect for anyone. It was gross listening to them speak to customers. How do you “not know where the name is” on someone’s ID?

  You can get great service but depending whose at the service counter. Some are very nice while others act like they don't want be there and seemed bothered when you walk in.

  I must have encountered the same black woman that the other reviews complained about, and in case you're wondering I'm black as well. I had to return a laptop o a government defense contractor and after completing their process i got a fedex qr code via email. I went to this location and told the woman i had a return and i just had the laptop with me. She said i needed to purchase the packaging and i asked how much and she said $20, which didn't make sense. So i told her i would be right back and stepped outside. I looked at the email with the qr code and it said the shipping label and PACKAGING would be taken care of. I go back in and tell her that the packaging should be covered and she rudely disagreed and insisted i had to pay for the packaging. So I left and went to the next closest locations which was like a 15-20 minute drive. I go to the kiosk to scan my qr code and was instructed to go to the front desk for additional service. The man that assisted scanned the qr code and took a few minutes and while waiting i told him about the bad experience and the woman claiming i needed to pay for the packaging that didnt make sense. He chuckled and said that didnt make sense. A few minutes go by and boom he processed the return and took the laptop. A friend gave me a ride but if i was driving i would have went back to the location to tell her she was wrong and that i didnt need to pay for the packaging. The worst part about it as i told the man at the other location, she didnt even try to scan the qr code from my email. I also told her the email says label and packaging are taken care of and she didn't even look at my phone. If she at least scanned the qr code, that would have saved me 30-40 minutes driving to another location. Since i'm not the first person to complain about her, she should be fired or work in the back without dealing with customers because she was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  Front desk lady obviously doesn't ever want to be there, but if you're nice to her she's corgile. Quick and efficient tho
