  I've never been to their location, however when I switched to this agency, I had called and wanted to speak directly to David, but I was denied. The person taking my call kept telling me she could take care of everything.

  Peter and Wendy are great to work with. They listen and show that they really care. Whenever I call the office, they answered right away. My concerns are addressed promptly. They always follow up with an email to make sure my needs were met and if there's anything else they may help with. I have been with them for several years and will recommend them to everyone.

  Ginsberg sold me a citizens policy for condo insurance. Somehow, although I paid, I cannot get them on the phone because message says their number not a working number... Very frustrating..,,no explanation

  An allstate, is an allstate, is an allstate. The COMPANY is great, never had problems with claims, but this AGENCY is ridiculous! word of advice, the MOMENT you have trouble with your allstate agent, call corporate to complain and move to another agency.
