I've never been to their location, however when I switched to this agency, I had called and wanted to speak directly to David, but I was denied. The person taking my call kept telling me she could take care of everything.

This agency has no concept of what customer service means. When you call, it rings and rings. When they do answer, they immediately hang up on you. When you do get hold of someone, they tell you someone will call back. They never do. When you do talk to an agent, they say they will research policies and get back to you. They never do. I'm moving my policies to another Allstate office. Avoid this office if you can.
