  Customer service is #1 for me. The associates at ALL the Advance Auto Parts stores have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly and go BEYOND on my expectations. Their products are of very good to excellent quality and prices are generally good as well. In 2007 I had a vehicle breakdown on Thanksgiving eve. I was out of town and I noticed an Advance Auto Store within walking distance. I went there I those associates went "way out of their way" to get me back on the road in a very reasonable time frame. That's what I call "Great Customer Service"! For that I'll be forever grateful and an Advance Auto Parts customer. They continue to deliver the same great customer service today as they did back in 2007!

  I dont always feel welcomed here ..... Today I wanted to use the bathroom #1 and they told me to go to the key foods... yea usually I don't complain but I just didnt feel the energy

  Had the misfortune of dealing with a employee by the name of Paul today . Another employee was helping me about to buy and change a battery when this very rude man interrupted said he will not change your battery he is leaving now so he can’t do it. I asked Paul if he could please wait as my battery was very low . It took my 4 or 5 times to even get it started to get there. Paul could care less even after I told him I would have to go somewhere else. He could t have cared been going to that store for years but never again!!
