  This is my favorite subway in lake wales I pass two others going to this one and tonight 7/9 8:31 pm i had the worst customer service ever young man must hate his job he didnt say 1 word the whole time while making our sandwiches and when I ask for 6 cookies he literally blowed hot air and rolled his eyes this is not normal for this location but if he is working I will not be stopping here again

  Order is always precise and the manager is very nice and quick to resolve any issue :)

  Very sad to write this review. But it would seem as tho very low on staff and the order has been wrong almost every time . The staff member was in the middle of taking orders and stoped mid and went to use the restroom instead of finishing the order.

  This was the best subway experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting subway religiously for 30 years. The kind lady with the pink Subway hat was the absolute best, she provided extra care to make sure my sandwich was perfect. I went to the subway in front of LegoLand over the weekend and that store did not do nearly a good job. I honestly had chalked it up to just modern day lack of customer service, but man today restored my faith in a fantastic subway sub! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

  Everytime time I go the staff I alway kind to me. Also they are super prompt half the time I get my food early. Also it’s like really clean here all the time. good vibes at that subway. They actually put love into the foot longs
