  Alissa at the Subway location on Chalet Suzanne in Lake Wales was a pleasure. She had awesome customer service and she made my family’s sandwiches with perfection and expertise. We will definitely visit again soon and look forward to her beautiful smile and amazing customer service.

  So sick of them only allowing you NOT to add Black olives to a walk in order (Out of them every single time) but they have them for every online order!!! Such a pathetic item to skimp on...

  They always get my order wrong. Paid for extra meat balls and was told she didnt add them because she didnt have them. Like I paid for extra.

  This is the first time I came to this subway by my house, it’s a truck driver. I hit a lot of subways on the road. I’m not really happy with those. So as I walked in, I was very surprised how clean and how fresh the door looks, and the store has been here for a long time, even behind the counter with all the fixings and meats a glass case all prestige clean, beautiful to look at Growing up, I used to go to Subway all the time, so this comes to Subway corporate who has changed a few things not too happy with them, I am very happy with this store. Everything was hot and fresh staff was very friendly. So overall, I’ll be back.
