  I just left your store after ordering 4 sandwiches 2 meatball one 6in one foot long. The meat balls are freezing cold , sauce cold. This is very upsetting. My two foot longs cold cuts bread is hard a rock. This for $47 dollar with two bags of chips and 3 drinks. Extremely upset especially after I was in the raving about how nice the young lady was to her face and she, knowing full well was giving her customers cold food and old bread. My daughters cold cut was nothing but bread. 4 months pregnant and starving. She suffered through it. We had a school concert tonight and we were starving. I just came back to location for a refund on my food and was told to come in the morning to speak with a manager. The young man was very polite. I will place the food in my fridge and bring it back after I get off work down the road at McDonald's at 11am. I also have called this location twice and no answer prior to coming back to store with cold meatball subs.
