  Ordered a steak philly, foot long. Requested double meat. Worker put on 3 scoops. So I asked how many scoops on a regular foot long. 2 she says. So I asked why she put only 3 on my double meat. Oh it's by weight she says. Mind you she never weighed anything. If that worker is ever behind the counter again I'll just go somewhere else. ALSO this location NEVER HAS BLACK OLIVES. All the others do.

  I ate there with my son 5/07/2026 with my sin around 9:30 pm. Store was clean and had a full staff of 3 workers who treated my son and I very well. The worker named Bryan. Made our sandwiches perfectly and was extremely kind and personable. We will be going back again with my whole family. Thank you Bryan

  Absolutely one of the best subways around so clean and customer service is great we could use a few more smiles but if I am in Lake Wales this is the subway I go too !!

  Very good customer service the guy Rickey with the long locs made my sandwich fast and courteous.
