  I called this store not more than a minute ago (3:00 2/26/24). I've been a client with this store for 8 yrs. This is the first time I was treated so rudely. The woman who answered the phone didn't seem to be happy that she had to answer the phone. When asked a question, she sounded like it was an imposition for her to answer the question. When I said ok, thank you, she hung up without so much as a goodbye. Very poor over the phone customer service. I'll be finding a new Cricket store.

  These are all branches of Sprint/AT&T and come with big catches and overpriced phones, which you're put on a plan to pay it off. Way too many issues and not cost effective at all for the average working American. And very impolite customer service all the way around. Shame on y'all, I'm perfectly happy with my service, plan and phone. Charging people $2000.00 for a phone that really costs $50.00 with a deal for an actual free phone no gimmicks free yearly upgrades& all kindsa good stuff. We LOVE METRO PCS!! Sorry not sorry.

  Did a good job but not very knowledgeable on the products
