  I wasn't happy. The person that helped me didn't seem willing to help. I wanted to upgrade but the phones I inquired about were all over $200. When I chatted with a Cricket rep online those same phones were way under $200. Didn't quite understand what was going on with that. I am returning to a store I have dealt with in the past.

  People know nothing about the cellphones they have for sale. The sir who don't know speak Spanish, try to laugh because of my language. Then I talk to him in English (not perfect, but English anyway). Go to another Cricket store where showing knowledge and respect.
