He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. He’s so good at what he does that he almost convinced me to add the internet bundle—and I don’t even need internet service! That says a lot about his ability to explain the value of a product and connect with customers. Marlon is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your company. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit this Cricket Wireless location. Give this man some recognition—he earned it!

Marcus was knowledgeable, intelligent, personable, and had such a wonderful personality. He took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and well cared for, and his professionalism truly stood out.
