I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Caleb for his outstanding customer service! He was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It's not every day you come across someone who makes such a positive impression. Caleb is definitely an asset to the team, and his kindness and dedication deserve recognition! Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location!

Stopped in to the UPS store today and Jordan assisted me today with getting a couple of packages returned and label printed. I asked if he knew where the closest USPS store was to return a separate package and he told me that there was a designated bin at the store for USPS that I could drop my package in.I was beyond happy because I was able to do everything I needed to do right there at the store. Jordan was very kind and has amazing customer service skills. Thank you for your assistance!
