  I've been visiting this lake mary #4118 UPS location for the past 5 yrs often. I have to say that the staff is always wonderful. Caleb is the best he is always kind, patient and willing to assist with a smile. He remembers his clients and thats a big thing. Not to mention but I will, it always smells so good inside this location. Go Caleb, job well done!

  Came to the UPS on County Rd 46 in Lake Mary and received great service. I needed express envelopes because I ship frequently and have been going to my local UPS in Sanford but they seem to never have any envelopes. I expressed my issue with Caleb at the Lake Mary store and he gave me tons of envelopes!!! Thanks Caleb :)

  Special shout out to Caleb for going above and beyond for his customers! The service offered at this UPS store is truly excellent. The store is clean and well kept with very professional and friendly staff. Best of all they are super fast and efficient! I arrived 5 mins before their closing time on a Sunday with a handful of large packages to drop off, and instead of turning me away for arriving so late, the associate on site (Caleb) graciously took the extra time out of his day to take care of it for me, and did so with exceptional kindness and professionalism. I truly value Caleb’s help that day, especially since he had to stay late past his shift to accommodate me. I was honestly expecting to be turned away at the door when I arrived so last-minute, but Caleb handled the situation with grace. Thank you so much! I strongly recommend this particular location to anyone in the Sanford/Lake Mary area and will definitely be returning for all my future shipping needs.

  I went to the Lake Mary location today to return some Amazon packages. I didn’t realize I had to print the labels, but Caleb was so helpful and kind. He made the process so easy, and the fee was super small (like just over a dollar). The level of customer service was what stood out the most. Genuinely a great experience!
