  We stopped in this subway when in Lake Mary. The first problem was the meal of the day was only for a 6 inch sub, but we wanted to share a 12 inch. Then, I asked for the bread to be toasted first, but when we got it, it wasn’t crispy or even warm. We just wanted water to drink, however they don’t supply water cups and you have to pay for a cup. Not the best customer experience. On the plus side, the sandwich was delicious, so that is why I gave it 3 stars.

  Employee was an absolute doll. She's been working long hours and still made my day. However, I would kindly ask for corporate to take a look at these reviews and make adjustments in this location as soon as possible. A MAJOR food, health and safety concern.

  This subway location made me sick. Got the sweet onion teriyaki sub at 11:07 am on 7/1/2026. Meat tasted off but I ate it anyways. Food poisoning.

  The costumer service I received was terrible, the workers were making fun of me and they were so unprofessional. Never coming back here again.
