  Out of all my years dealing with insurance agencies and owning the same home, I have never spoken with someone as knowledgeable about home insurance coverage as TJ. I originally called after receiving a flyer in the mail, since I always do my due diligence and shop around for homeowners insurance every year before renewal. Usually nobody can beat my current company’s rates, so I honestly didn’t expect much. Thankfully, I ended up speaking with TJ, and from the beginning she was professional, positive, and genuinely helpful. She treated me the way every licensed insurance agent should treat both potential and existing clients, by making sure they are properly covered and actually understanding their policy. TJ took the time to review my current homeowners policy and explained things no one had ever pointed out before. She showed me that I had actually been underinsured for quite some time and that there were mistakes and outdated information in my policy that could have caused serious issues if I ever needed to file a claim. Because of her honesty and attention to detail, I decided to switch companies. The new policy wasn’t necessarily cheaper, but it gave me something more important: peace of mind knowing my home is properly protected. On top of that, she bundled my auto insurance and was able to save me money there as well. What really stood out to me is that TJ said she will continue reviewing my policies at renewal to make sure everything stays updated and properly covered, something my previous agent never did. TJ is truly a valuable asset to this agency, and I’m very happy I made the switch. If you want an agent who actually works for you, takes the time to educate you, and makes sure you’re insured correctly instead of underinsured, I highly recommend asking for TJ.
