  I useto love this store i have had a Box here for over 10 years. But this week they changed owner ship and Fired all the staff that knows what they are doing with no notice. And all the New staff barely speaks English. Im not Racist by any means. But why did u have to hire all new people who dont know how to do the Job? Im useto going in there and there being a line around the holidays but going in on a Friday and there is a line out the Door is ridiculous. Please hire the old staff back. They were Helpful, Friendly, and knew how to do the Job.

  I love this store because they specialize in printing! They can do all kinds of printing, from house plans to weather proof signs! It’s seriously a one stop shop store for all other kinds of needs, will be back!

  They are always so efficient and friendly staff but today the young man Ethan I hope I got his name right. He went above and beyond and helped me come to my car and carry in a heavy box today. Which was a life saver bc I’ve had some health issues recently and he just doesn’t realize how incredibly helpful that was to me😊🙏🩷thank you again!

  I’m grateful for my Lake City, UPS Store, I’m able to ship items or returns without a problem. Very easy to walk into, they get you in and out without a long wait. I have even had documents notarized at a reasonable charge at my Lake City, UPS Store. Thank you Lake City, UPS Store for always being so convenient and reliable. And CLEAN too!!! You get 10 stars in my BOOK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
