  Want you to use UPS per Amazon to ship packages but won't print labels at UPS store sends you to office Depot so then you got to get back in your car drive all the way to office Depot pay $3.00 then drive all the way back try to find a parking spot then go to return your product that only cost $10.00 Thanks UPS store

  Friendly and prompt service. When the cost to ship was higher than what was quoted online, I was provided with an explanation that was out of their control. Not their fault, and the employee who assisted me was not rude when I asked about it. Super easy to get in and out and on my way.

  Came into this store around 4pm today and was approached by young man named Keegan. First question I asked him about shipping details on an item. If you've order two of the same item separately and kept one, is there away to see which shipping label pertains to which item when returning? He couldn't answer and didn't know. Told him I have a return label for Amazon that I needed printed to go with the item. He informed me that I had to print it out prior. Told him I've always had my labels printed out at UPS when shipping an item back. Keegan said, we don't print customers labels out, that I had to do it prior to coming in there. Ended up going to Office Depot to have my label printed out and even the employees there said UPS could have and should have printed it out for me. Once I got my label printed out, I returned to UPS around 5:50 to ship my item back. I got a young lady that did the exact thing that other employees have always done and thats scanned my return label. I have wasted almost 2 hours of my day trying to get this shipment handled for a return A young lady took care of it in less than 5 minutes. So Keegan definitely needs additional training in customer service and how to be more sufficient in doing his job so customers don't have to endure a nightmare trying to ship or return an item. Shame on Keegan-

  The reviews people leave for this store is ridiculous. Employees can't control the Internet. Employees can't control how many kids you drag out of your car when you finally find a spot to park. Employees are young, but didn't you work when you were young? If they are unable to help you, it's because you brought in YOUR problem and they can't fix it. There might be a line, but it usually won't take long to take care of you. That's what a working business looks like. This store is busy and I appreciate their work even if I have to look for parking, wait a few minutes, or told I brought in a Fed Ex box; not UPS. This store is doing it right. 👏
