  Pretty poor customer service. Always seem to have a slight attitude. I understand days are bad, but I’ve been going to the store for four years. I joke around with him and try to lighten their mood. But it’s every single time they seem to just be not happy to help. You can definitely tell that they’re for a paycheck. Morale is low. Just recently, I went for a crank position sensor for my 87 Jeep. He said that they don’t have it and they can’t get it. I need to order it offline so I went right down the road to AutoZone and they gave me three different options so I bought all three and told them they won my business from now on. Not saying I won’t ever go back, but it is not going to be my first choice anymore. To be fair, I have not spoke with a manager either. I am just writing this now. Hopefully they see it and resolve the issue.

  The guy there was super helpful. Helped me pick out the perfect wiper blades and installed them super quick.

  #1 the warranty info is not nationwide.....#2 Diehard battery has only 1 year warranty...TRASH....should've bought a DURACELL

  Bad customer service lazy service and attitude employees Went in for some headlights and wasn't happy with my own purchase I had asked for the type I would need as I dont do car stuff I work in roofing employee gave the number needed as he just sat behind the counter checking his phone so I retrieved the lights I was not happy with the purchase box stated they were more use for fog lights or low beams so I went back and replaced them for the ones I've had installed and used previously Instead of accepting the transaction and letting me be on my way believe employee Joseph is his name decides to have comments and remarks about me replacing the transaction with what I decide im more comfortable with Comments saying about imma just be back and replace them again over and over again when I let him know im just getting what I had originally he decided to get an attitude cut me off and in a stern voice tell me go get what you want so I did When I came back I had to re insert my card for small refund as I was putting in my number right away the employee decided to raise gus voice letting me know not to do that and just to put in my card Attitude was not appreciated employee also wanted to threaten with corporate when I decided to tell him not to get loud with me and just to finish the transaction so I can leave employee still wanted to keep making comments follow me out and go back and fourth to the door as I was already leaving even when he went in and I started to pull out he still comes back out talking more trash Lake city again earning its name of worst area in Florida simple return and purchase turned annoying for lazy and attitude filled employees
