  Terrible service by William very rude I went in to have my batterys charged as soon as i walked in he was very rude said the test machine didn’t work I told him I didn’t need them tested I needed them charged he proceeded to mumble under his breath that I they are autozone batteries that I should take them to autozone instead once again very rudely should keep rude people out the front of the store

  Pretty poor customer service. Always seem to have a slight attitude. I understand days are bad, but I’ve been going to the store for four years. I joke around with him and try to lighten their mood. But it’s every single time they seem to just be not happy to help. You can definitely tell that they’re for a paycheck. Morale is low. Just recently, I went for a crank position sensor for my 87 Jeep. He said that they don’t have it and they can’t get it. I need to order it offline so I went right down the road to AutoZone and they gave me three different options so I bought all three and told them they won my business from now on. Not saying I won’t ever go back, but it is not going to be my first choice anymore. To be fair, I have not spoke with a manager either. I am just writing this now. Hopefully they see it and resolve the issue.

  The guy there was super helpful. Helped me pick out the perfect wiper blades and installed them super quick.
