  I met with Heather Di Donato this morning, September 30 about policy content and advice on how to proceed. She provided me excellent advice in a very gracious manner. I was fully appreciative of the time she spent the detail with which she discussed my issues and the courtesy which with which she extended to me. She was my hero for the day. I rate her exceptional in all aspects. Thanks Heather.

  My insurance already processed a disclosure order stating that they had already insured me with a different company and that they were closing this insurance with this agency in early July. And this freaking company completely denied the request and kept charging me until the 25th of August and now they want an extra $750 which I am not paying, James

  I had such a wonderful experience with my insurance agent Drew , He was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my entire process. He took the time to enter all my questions, explained my options clearly and made sure I had the coverage I needed at a price I was comfortable with. If you need car insurance, the Bascom agency is local and you can Walk in and talk to an agent and not deal with somebody over the phone.

  I have been with The Bascom Agency for several years and maintain most of my policies through them. The experience was always positive and the team there is always helpful and patient. Cost goes up every year as with any other insurer. If they have a provider that would lower your policy cost, they would let you know. Sandra Marin was recently helping me with updates to the car policy. She went above and beyond to answer all questions and was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend working with her!
