  I had a great experience working with Kailey at The Bascom Agency! She made the process extremely easy for us and was very clear and communicative throughout. She was also incredibly patient with us during our move, especially when it took us a little while to ship one of cars from NC to FL. Kailey would check in and was always very respectful, never pushy with anything. I’d recommend working with her and The Bascom Agency for any of your insurance needs.

  Sandra went above and beyond helping me with new homeowners' insurance. She was very patient and thorough and responsive. Tim's team is ALWAYS kind and professional. We've been customers since the 90's for home and auto. They're almost like family. Trust them! They know what they're doing. I've worked for many years with Diana, and she always makes sure I get what I need. Jason is also great at what he does, and Rory is a blessing! Go Tim! Keep up the good work.

  I was so stressed getting new insurance for my home. Heather helped me every step of the way. My mortgage company was horrible accepting my new insurance but Heather solved all the problems. She called my mortgage company and fixed everything. I was very anxious and Heather called and emailed me until all was solved. She cared, was so kind and professional. We need more people like her in the world. Thank you for all your help and hard work. Heather you are amazing.
