I am writing to formally report a highly disappointing experience at two of your locations on June 9, 2026.
First, I visited the Subway on Highway 441 in Fruitland Park, FL. While there was a sign indicating they were out of mayonnaise, it was disappointing that they were unable to provide a tuna sub for my 87-year-old mother.
Following this, I went to the Subway located at 308 W Guava St, Lady Lake, FL 32159 (Term ID/Trans # 1A-639710) at approximately 1:29 PM. The service at this location was unacceptable. I witnessed the staff member rudely refuse a simple request for spinach from the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I found the store was out of red onions. When I suggested placing a sign on the door to inform customers of out-of-stock items, the employee became extremely hostile.
The situation escalated when the employee used profanity, shouting, "I don't care if you call Effin corporate," and forced the previous customer to leave the premises while he was eating. This behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
I am requesting a formal response regarding this incident and how it will be addressed. I have included the transaction details below for your investigation:
