  5/16/25 Best service I have received from any business in a long time. The alternator on my truck gave out on my way out of town and miraculously shut down on me as I pulled into the parking lot of this advance auto. Each staff member helped me through the process of diagnosing my issue, jumping my vehicle (multiple times), and ultimately geting me back on the road for my trip. The part I needed wasnt in stock at this location, but was able to be delivered to us. While being delivered I was able to remove my old alternator with the help their lender belt tensioner, and easily swapped on the new part. With another jump from the staff, we were on our way. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again for all of the help and understanding.

  The most unprofessional staff that I can ever recall encountering. I will not be back and will recommend everyone I know to avoid this place.

  Shouldn't be on their ear buds while working with a customer. Couldn't listen to what I needed cause someone else was talking through the ear bud. Had me wait while they got off the phone. Very unprofessional setting as the manager was standing right next to them. Manager and staff need training on how to act in a business setting even though it's a auto parts store..
