  Disappointing in this Wingstop. We ordered online picked up our order to get to our place and it was wrong. Took it back and they remade the order but horrible customer service. Didn’t even give me a new box. No coupon or apology. When I asked about can I get a coupon or something. Well we remade your order ma’am was the response. Well that’s the least you could’ve done. 😡😡

  El señor alto de espejuelos tenía barba el que estaba en el mostrador ‘’atendiendo’’me dijo que no podia atenderme que estaba ocupado que mirara la pizarra que no me podia atender muy grocero ,👀eso fue delante de muchos clientes que había ahí no pienso visitar mas el lugar. Cancele y me fui …creo que eso se lo hace a muchos clientes se ve que es una persona que no sirve para atender un cliente 👀

  Sunday night and nobody working here seemed like they wanted to be here. Everything took forever, attitudes were terrible, and it felt like customers were just an annoyance. Honestly one of the slowest, most disinterested staffs I’ve seen. If management is reading this, you need a completely new crew.

  Bait and switch! Tried to put in an order for a 10 for $10 deal showed for two meals $23 total including tax after hitting checkout price jumped to $32. Went inside restaurant to order since this was happening on the website, restaurant manager told me the deal says a limited deal so it must have ended already. I showed him on the app that it still shows the deal. Still add it at the $10 for 10 pieces and still he continued to say there was nothing he could do. No consideration was given no apology was given. I wasn’t going to pay 10 more dollars after being advertised that it would be much less. I left the store put in an order for Wingstop 10 minutes away from this one and it gave the deal correctly on the app went and picked up my food from the Orlando Vineland restaurant. Fast easy and correct price! I live across the street from this Wingstop on Vineland and I will never ever eat there again unprofessional not how you do business bait, and switch is illegal. You just lost a lot of money, I order from here regularly guess I’ll be going to Millers from now on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯! This Wingstop does not honor their advertised price!

  I was quite surprised at the quality of food I recvieved. I ordered the 30 for 30 paid extra for all flats lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. I recvieved the smallest wings ever barely any seasoning on them. The wings was over cooked and hard. I picked them up with in the pick up time window of 6 to 10 minutes. Fries were cold and dry, no seasoning. Over all quite disappointed at this level of quality
