  The staff is too slow and inattentive. They marked the order as ready so the system would show it as ready, but it wasn’t actually ready. I still had to wait.

  I had such a great experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, Nesha made me feel welcome with her positive attitude and professionalism. She was patient, friendly, and made sure my order was accurate. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, treated every customer with respect, and kept things moving efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Nesha definitely does. Employees like her are a huge reason customers come back. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work, dedication, and the positive impact she has on the team. Keep up the amazing work, Nesha!
