  The music in this store was extremely loud and inappropriate, especially for a place where families and children are shopping. The lyrics were vulgar, and the volume made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. There’s a time and place for that type of music, but a public retail store isn’t it. Management should really reconsider both the playlist and the volume. Very disappointing.

  For some reason I didn’t let me do the survey online but I really wanted to say that the new manager Lee is really amazing, she is kind and really sweet, the staff also really nice and really helpful!

  My faith has been restored in the wingstop brand because of Lizandra. We had all but written off Wingstop due to poor customer service and declining quality of food, however we decided to give it a one last shot and try this location. We popped in on 8/15/26 around 4:30p and were greeted by Liz, she is the personification of excellent customer service. She was polite, patient and extremely attentive when taking our order, immediately after she jumped right on the line to assist clearing orders and keep things flowing smoothly as the dinner rush continued. It’s clear she takes her pride in her job and that is something that has been missing from the service industry. If she isn’t the manager … she should be. Excellent customer service and overall experience. Not to mention our food was cooked to perfection. When I return I will be making sure it’s on Liz’s shift.

  The young men that were running the store this morning did a great job! We have about a two hour ride south to get home and my daughter wanted Wingstop. I’ve only ever eaten it one other time and was disappointed (it was a completely different town where we live), but stopped off because she chose our meal today. It was quite a pleasant experience and I had to acknowledge the visit. I’m very thankful that I had clean bathrooms to use and wash my hands and everything inside the kitchen was very clean. I know it was early in the day, but the food was super fresh and tasty. Just had to give these young men some good reviews because they did a great job and were very nice! Adding one of my yummy looking tenders because it’s beautiful and it tasted very fresh.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Wingstop! The food was delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. My order was prepared quickly and efficiently, and everything was exactly what I ordered. The service was friendly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a great spot when you’re craving some good wings! 🍗🔥 I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
