  My store at 7862 W IBM Hwy in Kissimmee is a wonderful store. Zinet as a manager has trained the staff well. They always great me when I come through the door, Zinet greets me by name. When I have several bulky packages Zinet, if not assisting another costumer, always offers assistance. The other employees also offer, when not helping others. That type of customer service is rarely seen these days and is greatly appreciated.

  Anne Marie was truly a blessing! She went above and beyond to help us, answered all of our questions, and was able to get us taken care of in record time.
