  Terrible service. When I arrived, one employee was processing packages while the other was free but didn't help me. Then another customer walked in and was served immediately; meanwhile, the employee processing packages just kept doing his own thing and didn't even bother to say, "I'll be with you in a moment." He eventually helped me—but very reluctantly—only after I pointed out that I had been waiting first. I do not recommend this place; the employees are ruining the business.

  By far the worst ups store I have even been in. When I tell the employee to just take care of it they didn’t understand and said they couldn’t. I asked them about 10 times out more to just take care of it, to the point I got angry that they didn’t understand what I meant. I WILL NEVER GO IN HERE AGAIN!!!! I rather drive into Orlando to Whole Foods or to a different store to do Amazon returns!

  Rude and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be going to this place of business anymore. Shame on this company to hire someone with such a bad attitude.

  The workers here always have a bad attitude....the older gentleman can't say good Morning for the life of him. Always in a bad mood. The management should do better.
