  The associate did not give me the option to choose between carriers and prices. She chose UPS despite me asking her why it is so expensive since I sent a package to the same place 2 days prior for $22 less. I paid it, she chose 3 day shipping and now 8 days later the package is still not delivered.

  Richard is 100% fantabulous. There is young lady that works there. And she too is just a gem of pleasure however today Richard helped me out in a bind. I couldn’t be any more humbled and thankful you guys have a great operation going. May God continue blessing that STORE and you guys continue Service this community.

  Worst service in the country stay away of that store there a tall guy always traying to steal money from costumers even for tape

  Store is very unprofessional I came in the other day with a big package struggling to get inside to return it and they denied my barcode saying you need a printed label mind you I’ve returned to multiple others stores with my barcode with no issues! BOTH employees USELESS!

  I appreciate Disha for helping me to send off my packages. She is outstanding in customer service. The company I worked for was disorganized. Disha went over and beyond to assist me by figuring out my concerns for labels. In this country it is hard to find a company that helps someone disabled. Thank you very much. ♥️ 5 stars Ciara has great customer service. Thank you
