  The UPS store in Michigan Ave has the best guys working there! Today I was assisted by Adrian, and there is Ali as well. I pass two other UPS locations and don't mind at all the extra mile simply because they are so efficient and respectful. They have so patiently walked me through Amazon returns, answered all my questions about shipping. Always, always a warm greeting and a smile and thank you. Very knowledgeable, very kind.Consistently quick and efficient. I value customer service. They get an A plus!

  I don't live anywhere near here but for work I have to drop stuff off at this location every few weeks. I don't know his name but he is so friendly and kind every time. Fast and efficient. Give that guy a raise bc in this area the people he has to put up with I can only imagine how tuff it can be.

  Adrian is the BEST! Every time I come here he is calm, professional and patient. He can have 10 people in the store and will still maintain his professionalism. He greets all the customers with a smile and provides quality customer service. The level of professional customer service he provides is very rare these days. I only go to this UPS store and Adrian is the reason why! I have gone to the UPS store on Dyer but the agents were rude and lazy. I'm grateful for all that Adrian does! He is a rare gem and deserves a raise! Thank you Adrian for making every UPS experience a great one!
