  During my recent visit to Florida, I mailed a package to myself from this location. During checkout, I had a disagreement with the employee. When the package arrived, it had significant concentrated damage to the side of the box that appeared to have been struck. I have photographs documenting the damage, and based on a comment made during my interaction at the store, I am concerned the damage may have been intentional. I contacted UPS corporate to report the issue and was instructed to contact the store directly to initiate a claim. I then called the store twice. During my second call, the employee explicitly told me that he would not file the claim. I have recordings of both calls documenting my attempts to resolve this matter. I am now contacting UPS corporate again because the store refused to initiate the claim I was instructed by UPS to request. I receive numerous shipments regularly and understand that boxes can sustain ordinary damage during transit. What I received, combined with my interaction at this location and the subsequent refusal to file a claim, is why I am extremely concerned about how this shipment was handled. I would strongly recommend using another UPS location. I certainly will not use this location again.

  On Friday August 8, 2026 I rushed to Michigan Ave UPS store! Due to heavy traffic, I arrived at 5:03pm! The store had just closed, but Brandon came to the door! He stated I look like a nice person and let me in. Both, Brandon and Adrian were very kid and helpful! Excellent customer care!

  The best ups location!!! I have returned the items through that office multiple times. The staff is very friendly, fast and helpful.
