Ordered online still standing at counter no one is working. Why have online ordering is there is no one here to run the counter and make your food. Especially in a hospital where people depend on being able to get food as leaving is not an option.

Workers are never at the station the hours state 9am-10pm they close before 9pm. Do not understand why they are here if they don’t want to work or be available. All I wanted was salad dressing.

Went here at 3:30p on 4/16 and there was no worker. The cafeteria was closed and so I couldn’t eat lunch

I’m very disappointed with the service at Subway, especially as someone who works night shifts. There seems to be a consistent lack of consideration for customers who rely on late-night hours.
On multiple occasions, the front has been left unattended while staff are in the back washing dishes, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily. Tonight was especially frustrating—they closed at 9:30 PM and claimed they “always close 30 minutes early,” which is simply not accurate based on my past visits.
I understand that closing duties need to be done, but closing early and leaving customers unattended comes across as unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue so that hours are respected and customers are properly served.
