I really love eating at subway, but this time I went to pick up food as I work as delivery as a part time, apparently this order was picked up already and the older lady told me as I sat down to cancelled the order, at the same time customer texted me asking what was going on, I let him know what the lady had told me, I go back to the counter another lady comes up to me, I was trying to explain when the older lady very arrogant and very rudely came up to me and her coworker and explained in a very bad tone, I just listened and then ask if I could explain what customer told me, the lady Very kindly replied and excused herself for the older lady attitude, I don’t like to write reviews, but reading the other reviews seeing how she treated those little kids that ended up traumatized on there vacations just because this woman can’t handle her anger, she should NOT be working in customer service, it looks very bad for the store and pushing away regular customers, NOT good at all 😡 I really feel so bad for the the lady that works with her and has to deal with the mess the older lady makes, she should get some help, is not good for her health throwing her anger to others, she will see the consequences on her own health. Please to the company, do something about it it doesn’t look good for the company 🧐
