  I placed an online order yesterday morning on 04/11/2026 for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich combo with 2 cookies and a sweet tea along with a teriyaki wrap to be delivered to my home using the Subway app. Ended up with an order for James T. The order i received consisted of a UTM oven roasted turkey and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich (which was entirely different from mine). I attempted to call the store multiple times to address this and get it resolved both today and yesterday. No one answers the phone. Attempted to contact the General Manager Fabian Cruz with no response. I do not understand how this is how you treat a customer.

  Horrible service!!! inconsistent hours and no English speaking workers bad!!! Do not shop here sandwich was not made with care!

  The opening hours are from 9:00am to 10pm, today at 9:20 I went to buy a sandwich and they were closed they should update their closing hours

  I had ordered through the app for delivery and it automatically came from this location. I’ve never had an issue whenever i order from the app. My order was canceled with no explanation and when i was trying to contact the store for a possibility of a refund the phone was just on a busy dial. No answer whatsoever. Really impossible to get in touch.
