  Worst experience with the new employee, i always have my order online right until this time , the lady was so rude to me , while she has no body at the store she mad my sandwich wrong i ordered tuna sandwich toasted while i got a chicken sandwich not toasted , i drive back to work and i found out my order is completely a mess and i even dont eat chicken , she made me drive back 15 min again , i told her my order is wrong , her answer was if u ordered it online that’s how it comes , if u guys have a training person pls make sure to have a manager by his side until he got the table right , thank u 🙏

  Awful, Awful, Awful. I came to this location and the employees were goofing around. I went to the bathroom and there was hardly any toilet paper. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Then once I finally was the female employee called out a male employee that seemed creepy. Then he doesn't wash his hands or put gloves on then proceeds to start putting out papers for the bread. I was disgusted and walked away and he's standing there with a look on his face saying what? So I didn't get my food but I can't imagine it would be safe to eat.

  From the time my Husband and I stepped into this location Ari was very professional attentive knowledgeable courteous patient and just a wonderful person. The restaurant was very clean food preparation area was clean food was fresh and made to perfection by Ari. I will definitely visit this location and I highly recommend it! Thank you Ari for being an example and exceptional person this is how customer service should be presented at all restaurants.

  Ordered at this branch by accident and called in to cancel the order. Worker said to cancel online, which I tried to do, but it showed as picked up. When I tried to phone again multiple times, nobody picked up. Either someone else took my order or the worker did and that isn’t right.
