  I can not speak highly enough about Terrance and Marian and how they supported our project leading up to the national sales meeting. They printed a very complex project with a very short turnaround time, and the final result was beautiful and very well-received. They always answered my (usually daily) calls, gave a fair price, and even offered to personally deliver these to ensure they were ready on-time. THANK YOU BOTH!

  I love the FedEx at the Gaylord Palms! Everyone is so kind, friendly and easy to work with. I greatly appreciate their support going above and beyond ensuring our print order and shipments were taken care of. I placed an order via email in advance, as well as popped in throughout the week for various print and shipping needs. Everything was taken care of seamlessly despite being a very busy time for them with other in-house events. They handled everything so calmly. I was pleased with the final products and supportive, positive customer service! Alicia and Justin (and the entire team) were fantastic to work with. Thank you again!

  We had an urgent need to access our equipment that had been sent to a FedEx office. Justin knocked it out of the park for us and resolved our issue. To say he saved the day would be an understatement. Thank you so much, Justin!!!

  Came in with a pre-paid label and was charged $10 for a handling fee. I don’t understand how fedex is still in business with a policy like this truthfully. On top of that parking is a nightmare so unless you’re staying at this hotel it’s completely inconvenient to access. Full waste of my time and money. Couldn’t recommend this place any less.

  If I could give this FedEx Print Office 10 stars, I would do it without hesitation. Marian and Terrance were nothing short of incredible while supporting an off-site event that required several branding elements for my organization. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and speed were outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their exceptional customer service. They proactively recommended vendors, provided consistent communication and updates to me, and made the entire experience feel genuinely human and collaborative. This team went above and beyond at every step, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough for any branding or printing needs.
