  Can't thank this shop enough. I needed to mail 20+ favors for my wedding to my mother to avoid packing them in my luggage for my Alaska wedding cruise and UPS quoted me 200$. The employee at FedEx was able to Tetris the favors into an extra large flat rate box and mail it all for 39$ in two days! Thank you so much FedEx for giving me some peace of mind for my wedding!

  Went into the Greenwald location in kissimmee fl store # 1893 and was greeted by Emmanuel an employee there he was so very polite so very patient and made sure that he took care of everything I needed to do and walked me through the steps and was so very professional I really appreciate him being there and making my experience a wonderful one I hope with these compliments that he is recognized for giving excellent customer service and he is such an exceptional employee.
