  I am writing to formally report an incredibly alarming safety incident involving a FedEx employee whose name I believe was Freddy as it said on his tag. While assisting my wife and I the employee repeatedly and intentionally breached personal physical boundaries. He continuously moved closer to my wife, ultimately pressing directly against her side and digging his body into her hip.This behavior was entirely non-consensual, highly inappropriate, and crossed the line into physical harassment. It left my wife feeling deeply unsafe and violated in our own space. My wife insisted to not make a scene as she told me upon leaving the store but I did not want to stand by this and the customer service line has not been on any assistance towards us. We believe FedEx is a good company but needs to really get a look at who they are hiring. Apologies.

  If the employees hate their jobs as much as it seems they need to find something else to do with their time. The certainly are not working at FedEx and they are unbelievably rude. I came in with everything in order, sorted and numbered All they hard to do was scan the QR code - put it in a clear bag and give me the receipt. There was drama when we came in about the guy needing bags, Drama over putting the items in the bags. He never once did anything helpful. I had to hand him everything. He threw my receipt in a pile and pointed at it telling me to take the. Last time I checked he was collecting a paycheck he should be required to work!
