  I'm not gonna get on here and complain, subs are always great.. Order on app you always get a deal.. Just saying both of our subs today were NOT Toasted as requested.. I'm a big guy, and was hungry.. I still ate them.. It's the little details, pay attention please..

  I love Subway, in fact I used to work there many years ago so I know how to make their subs etc., and I'm very particular about how mine are made but I'm very simple too. These guys just seem to be getting worse and worse, especially when it comes to there online orders. I've gotten online orders 3 times so far and every time there's been an issue of some kind and that's not me being picky unfortunately. It's just plain out people not doing their jobs properly. Now when I go inside the restaurant I don't usually have any issues but then again, I get to watch them and make sure no mistakes are made. So I guess it's basically a gamble online.
