  I went into the store the other day and the employee was laying on the table like he was asleep with a jacket with a hat on as we entered he said what are you in for today to me that is very rude and unacceptable. He looked and sounded like we interrupted his sleep and just popped up off the table like we scared him. I will be bringing this to the manager's attention I have been going in there for years and I have never seen anything like this she is always polite and willing to help in any way possible but I don't understand why the employee is just not willing to try to do anything to help.because I know that she does not deal with this type of stuff like I said I have been coming in here for years have been a customer for I know at least four years and I will not be back unless she is there

  Had to do some last minute swapping, Jon really helped me out. He was very professional and got the job done. I have a different opinion of cricket customer service now. Thanks Jon.

  I was at the Cricket Wireless store in Keystone Hights today to get a new phone. And let me say I was greeting with kindness and this Manger of your store needs a raise I can't tell you in words how sweet she was. You don't have to many people like her anymore. So I am giving her a 10
