  Michaela is an absolute Rockstar!! Customer service is a 100 outta 10...she always speaks to you calmly even if your freaking out and panicking because you forgot something or brought the wrong box...she fixes everything!! And your never in there for more then 2 minutes maximum!! If you've ever been to ANY OTHER FED EX DROP OFF ANYWHERE you know it can be a nightmare...Michaela makes it a Dream!!

  Competent staff. I had a package with a prepaid label and was in and out in like 30 seconds. Be aware that they're closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30. My only warning is that their parking lot is very tight, so be prepared if you're less of a skilled driver.

  First, using Google? Go on Stickney! Otherwise, you’ll be an autonomous car circling the drop off line at the airport. Female clerk has some attitude but shipped it ok. Should consider career change to police work.
