  Blonde woman, who is the high strung owner, and one of the younger male staff with long hair HATE young children. They can’t wait to look in disgust at a child and yell at them for simply existing in the store. I have avoided this store like the plague for over two years but sometimes the only Amazon return location was this store. I am saying this as a business owner that used to have a PO Boxes here for years and printing business materials (I was not just an Amazon returns drop off client). If you have young children, please don’t inconvenience the staff with having to bring your child with you on an important errand. They expect them to be a medicated zombie or possibly distract them with a device to make the child non-noticeable to them.

  I drive 14 miles (only place amazon would allow my return). You were closed at 10:08 am Saturday morning. A note in the door said new hours Monday thru Friday also saying hours on web site are wrong. You really are not worth the drive up here again. How does a business just do this? I will be sure to tell people how this really messed up my day!
