Definitely call ahead to verify they are open! Their stated hours online are INACCURATE. Typical keys culture, store is subject to post a 'closed today's notice in the window. Always call ahead. Wasted time and gas today.

Staff is nice 90% of the time and frustrated with work load at other times. Posted times are inaccurate as they close for an hour for lunch but dont put the posted hours online, so if you haven't been in a while its difficult to member what time they close for lunch, really anoing to look up hours than go to find out they are closed for an hour.
It was a three star review, changed to two because owner replied to original post above asking for an email to explain what they could do better. I thought it was clear in my review.... POST ACCURATE HOURS ONLINE THAT ACCOUNT FOR YOUR LUNCH BREAK SO THAT CUSTOMERS DON'T SHOW UP AND WAIT AN HOUR DURRING YOUR POSTED HOURS. Even posted hours at location dont account for lunch break, there is just a hand written sign taped to door. Run a business professionally not just ask customers to do more work for you.
You could also hire more employees so that there would be no need to close for lunch break. This solution would also solve the other issue of employees being over worked making them clearly frustrated at times. In no way am I saying employees arnt doing thier job, it is completely understandable that an endless line of Amazon returns could be frustrating, and thus complely justifiable to give them an hour break. BUT POST THAT HOUR CLOSURE IN POSTED HOURS ONLINE! Or hire more helpers removing the need to close, and alowwing more opportunities for breaks throughout the day so that they dont become fatigued and frustrated.
How you run your business and staff is your business, but to best serve your customer you need to accurately report hours online!

Now I have read your other reviews... customers have been telling you this exact same thing for years. Obviously you dont care about your customers experiences. I take back wishes for success and hope new owners take over and have success. Now one star.

The only issue I have is they don't update their hours on Google maps. I'm working 13 hours a day, 13 days in a row then 1 day off and repeat. My package came in Friday, I looked on line and saw they were open Sat. planned on going to work a little late. When I arrived at the store they were closed. Now they will probably try to charge me for 5 days! I will update once I see the final charge
