The GM Miss Linda was so thoughtful and extremely helpful it may look like she was just doing her job but mann she was giving me the greatest customer service ever I could have ever asked for and I deeply appreciate she helped me look for the most affordable wipers in the store for the time being cause of the amount I have at the time.I hope this reaches corporate cause I believe she definitely deserves a raise. Thanks again Miss Linda

I had such a great experience with Linda, the manager at Advance Auto Parts. She helped me purchase a new battery and then changed it for me incredibly quickly. It was extremely hot outside, but Linda had a great attitude the entire time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. After already dealing with a dead battery today, I really appreciated having someone make the replacement process so easy. Excellent customer service, and I’m very grateful for Linda’s help. Thank you, Linda!

My husband was at Advance Auto Parts in Key Largo today buying some batteries for his boat. He was helped by a very professional, courteous & helpful salesperson named FURGENCIO. What a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that does his best at his job & leaves the customer happy. FURGENCIO 5 stars to you ! Thank you
