Someone there is definitely doing fraudulent activity. I purchased a prepaid shipping label at their store and the manager isn’t helpful after explaining myself and sending her an email showing her proof of the prepaid label that was purchased from her store she refused to help and hung up on as I tried to call the store back they pickup and hang up every time I call. BECAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR WHENEVER YOU GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT.

I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole process quick and easy, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping, printing, packing, or other business services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They make returns extremely easy and quick! I come here almost weekly. I usually don’t ever take longer than 5-10 minutes top
