  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole process quick and easy, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping, printing, packing, or other business services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had a fine experience with the other staff. But today was incredibly frustrating. I walked in with a pre-stamped, pre-labeled envelope — ready to go — and simply asked for it to be dropped in the mail. The woman at the counter asked if I needed a new label. I said no. She then refused to accept it entirely and said she “cannot do that.” I’m sorry, but accepting mail is a basic function of a shipping store. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, no alternative offered — just a flat refusal. Completely unhelpful and dismissive. The other employees here have always been pleasant, but this particular staff member is consistently rude to customers. It’s a shame because it really affects the whole experience. Will think twice before coming back. ​​​
