  I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had a fine experience with the other staff. But today was incredibly frustrating. I walked in with a pre-stamped, pre-labeled envelope — ready to go — and simply asked for it to be dropped in the mail. The woman at the counter asked if I needed a new label. I said no. She then refused to accept it entirely and said she “cannot do that.” I’m sorry, but accepting mail is a basic function of a shipping store. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, no alternative offered — just a flat refusal. Completely unhelpful and dismissive. The other employees here have always been pleasant, but this particular staff member is consistently rude to customers. It’s a shame because it really affects the whole experience. Will think twice before coming back. ​​​
