- JHJim HamerAug 14, 20261.0Had a passport shippped Overnight on Thursday (Aug 13). My friend arrived a little after 5pm. Store CONFIRMED pick up had not been made and we could get it out for Friday delivery - no problem. I checked tracking number today (friday) and noticed it hadn't even made it out of the store. Called Victor (nice young man) and he confirmed it never left the store! He said it would go out today (Friday) and be there tomorrow (Saturday). I said "NOPE" I own a pack and ship store in Virginia and I knew it wouldn't be there unless you pay an extra charge for Satruday delivery (he should've known too) - it would be Monday for standard overnight - the day I fly out! I said I'll give you my credit card, upgrade the package to Saturday delivery before the driver shows up. He said "no I can't do that".... "Company policy" REALLY? You company just screwed my plans to fly to europe because of poor performance and you can't take my credit card over the phone to correct the issue. He should've offered to upgrade it to Saturday at the store's expense!! Instead, to add insult to injury I emailed him a new label for Saturday delivery because I could and it cost me $120. And he said we will try to get the originial one refunded - the $78 we paid on Thursday. Very poor customer experience.

The nicest employees with a pleasant greeting, smile, always helpful. I may just visit even without mail just to say hi 🤣 jk but really thank you for always an enjoyable experience.
