    I always have a great experience at this UPS location thanks to Victor. He is consistently helpful, efficient, and incredibly fast—he makes every visit smooth and stress-free. No matter how busy it is, Victor takes the time to assist with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is handled correctly. It’s clear he really cares about providing excellent service. I truly appreciate the reliability and professionalism here—highly recommend this UPS store!

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unacceptable and highly unprofessional experience I had at one of your UPS Store locations. During my visit, I was treated in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner by one of your employees after I reasonably requested to see identification before leaving my package in her care. As a customer, I have every right to ensure that my property is being handled by a verified and authorized individual. Instead of responding professionally, the employee reacted with hostility and poor attitude, making the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. This behavior is completely inappropriate and does not reflect the level of service customers should expect. I find this conduct unacceptable and concerning, especially for a business that handles customers’ personal and valuable shipments. Situations like this damage trust and reflect poorly on your company’s standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and addressed accordingly to prevent similar incidents in the future. I’m the FedEx express driver of that area
