I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Jupiter.
I paid $72.33 to send a package overnight to Asheville, NC. According to the tracking information, the package arrived in Asheville the next morning and was scanned at the local facility at 7:31 AM. It was then scanned again as being processed in Asheville at 9:06 AM and once more at 2:10 PM the same day.
Instead of being delivered, the package was inexplicably sent to Louisville, Kentucky, and then routed back to Asheville. As a result, the overnight delivery guarantee was not met.
When I initially contacted the UPS Store, I was told that a refund claim would take approximately two weeks to process. After waiting the full two weeks, I called back and spoke with Brenda, who informed me that the claim had been denied due to weather.
That explanation makes absolutely no sense. The package had already arrived in the correct city on time and was being processed locally throughout the day before UPS sent it to Kentucky. This appears to have been a routing error, not a weather issue.
What frustrated me most was the complete lack of effort to help resolve the situation. Brenda simply repeated that the claim was denied and made no attempt to contact her UPS representative or advocate on my behalf. The overnight service is advertised as guaranteed, but it seems far too easy for UPS to simply label a delay as "weather related" and avoid honoring that guarantee.
I understand that shipping issues can occur, but customers deserve accountability and assistance when they pay a premium price for a guaranteed service. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would suggest avoiding this UPS store.

I’ve been to this UPS Store location many times, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. I especially want to recognize the manager, who previously helped me with getting documents notarized. She was patient, kind, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I visit this location once or twice a week, and every experience has been positive. It’s clear this team truly cares about their customers.
Have had a box there for over 10 years. EVERYONE at this location is TOP NOTCH. Bobby is the best and the rest of the staff is super helpful and friendly

This is now the 3rd time that this UPS location has closed 2+ minutes early. I walked up to the door at 628 and they had already locked the door and pulled the internal gate. Their sign clearly says that they close at 630… I knocked as there were still associates in the store and they purposely ignored me and left. I had 3 packages in my hands and now won’t make it in time due to the ignorance of these associates.
Always fast and efficient. Love this place.
