The kiosks do not print the label for me. I must return home and print the label myself. It would be more convenient if the kiosks printed everything for me when I have the digital label to return the packaged goods.

Totally unprofessional staff that will make you wait while taking care of other people that came after you just because you were there to get something notarized I will suggest that you go somewhere else as one of their employees literally told me if I wasn’t satisfied I could go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. One young man in particular Jai was most gracious had an infectious smile, was kind, and patient.

Deion was so extremely helpful. I had problems printing the labels at home for a few returns. He took the time to help me get them printed and made sure we had the right box for each item. Very friendly and helpful - even though I should have posted this back in January...LOL!

I would like to speak with a manager or owner about a particular employee working at this store. If someone could provide me with a phone number or email other than the one for the store, I would appreciate it.
