Hello,
On April 6, I went to the post office to send a very important package to Texas. The last thing I expected was to arrive at 6:15 PM and be assisted by someone who was clearly in a bad mood . At no point did I raise my voice or say anything inappropriate—on the contrary, I remained respectful. However, the employee was very short with me and clearly seemed bothered by my presence.
He told me the package would not go out until the next day and that it would not even be processed until then. I explained that the package contained a car computer and that I was concerned about it being damaged.
The next day, I checked the tracking and saw that only the label had been created, with no updates. I called and was told it would go out later that day. On April 8, I called again because there were still no updates, and I was told once more that it had already been shipped.
However, I have now received the package back at my home instead of it being delivered to Texas. This situation has caused me to lose almost 3 days, and it is extremely frustrating, especially because this was an important package that was expected. The shipment also included a return label.
I am requesting to be contacted by a manager immediately to resolve this situation. This level of service is unacceptable, and no customer should be treated this way.

Andrew was "above and beyond" amazing! Was was having trouble with an Amazon return. He helped me get the receipt printed-packaged- and returned. He was pleasant and efficient.

Whoever hires staff at this location should really re-evaluate how to train on customer service. I went in to simply drop off a pre-labeled package and when I asked if there was a place I could leave the box the woman didn’t lookup from the computer and the man had his back turned and didn’t acknowledge me. I asked a second time and no response from her but he turned around and said “what” so I repeated my question a 3rd time - he told me to leave it on the counter but so rude. Someone waiting in line even said the staff at this location is horrible and rude.
