  At first I was hesitant about going to this location because of the reviews I read online but honestly I’m so glad i chose this location. The reviews had mainly been ripping into the old manager Sylvester, but he no longer works there and was replaced by Jen, a lovely woman who was incredibly kind and caring when it came to shipping my package. I was worried it wouldn’t be able to ship due to size (a larger computer) and she greeted me with a smile and told me it was perfectly fine, made a few jokes, and was quick with the whole process! I am so grateful to have chosen to come in and will definitely be back to work with Jen again!!!!

  Incredibly poor experience on multiple occasions. No notification that Fed Ex no longer accepts recycled bags for packaging. This is a shame for our environment. Customers should have notification posted when prepaying for packages as well as signage in storefront. Update-the Fed-Ex down the street accepted the package with no questions asked.

  Update your store timings online if you are close for lunch in the non lunch hours. I was there at 1:44 pm and found the door closed with “back from lunch at 3:00 pm”.
