  I had a great experience at FedEx Store. The employee was friendly, professional, and very helpful when I needed an item laminated. I appreciated their patience and attention to detail. I would definitely return for future printing and laminating needs.

  If I could give -000000 I would. Worst customer service ever. Today 05/26/2026 a little after opening my husband and I had a prepaid return. The rude man behind the counter did not even see what we had and started saying this contains gas we can accept this. It was a baby pool filter for an above ground kiddie pool never opened. There was no gas. My husband and I explained to him there's no gas its a plastic pool pump that was never opened. He refused us service and said if we leave it, he will refuse it and we will have to come back by the end of the day and pick it up. What???? I never heard of such a thing. I asked him his name he said none of my business and walk to the back and ignored us. We went outside in disbelief. I don't understand how people keep there jobs. I called corporate and they said a manger from that store would call me. If this guy was the manager corporate needs to view the video tape because this guy is definitely shouldn't be working with customers. I will never use FedEx again for my shipping needs.
